Hours and house rules
When to come, and how long to plan for.
Studio hours
- Mon-Fri: 7:15 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sat-Sun: Closed
Studio appointments start as early as 7:15 am and run till about 3:00 pm. Last pick up is at 5:30 pm.
Quick Services walk-ins
8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
Nails, face, feet and sanitary trims need no appointment. See the Quick Services menu for what each one costs.
- Allow up to 4 hours
- A full appointment is a bath, a hand dry, the work itself and a final check, and a thick coat takes the time it takes. Plan your morning around up to 4 hours, and the front desk will tell you when to come back.
- EXPRESS groom, $25
- Pay the $25 EXPRESS fee and your dog stays with one groomer from start to finish, with no hand-offs in the middle. It has to be pre-arranged, so ask for it when you book.
- Every 4 to 8 weeks
- That is the cadence we recommend, depending on breed, hair type and length. Dogs that go past 8 weeks between grooms are charged extra for the added work in the coat.
- Prices are estimates
- Every price on the menu is a starting estimate and is subject to change once the groomer has seen the coat. Tell us your dog's breed and weight and we will give you the nearest figure.
Gift certificates are available at the studio, so the next birthday or new puppy can come with a groom already paid for.
